When we get something wrong, it goes here with a date, what was wrong, and what changed. The affected page links back to this log. Nothing is quietly edited.
This exists because the alternative — fixing errors silently — means a reader who acted on the old number never finds out. On a site about money owed to a tax authority, that is not a small thing.

How to report an error
Email hello@quarterlydesk.com with the page and what looks wrong. A material error — one that could change what someone pays — is corrected within 24 hours of confirmation and logged here.
If you saved a result that a correction affects and left us an email, you get told directly rather than having to notice.
